I’ve been reflecting on how astrology is evolving and how it’s slowly but surely becoming a part of the cultural (dare I say mainstream) fabric of life, after being relegated as ‘woo woo’ for a few hundred years. I mean Astrology is thousands of years old, it’s a language unto itself, and it’s always created meaning and bridged between the mystical spiritual realm and our day to day lives on earth.

In this article, I share my approach to astrology, which I call Spiritual Nutrition Astrology. It weaves together astrology, meditation, and trauma-informed psychology as a way to support self-reflection, self-agency, and meaningful engagement with life’s transitions, without giving power away to a chart.

This Saturday in the early hours of the morning BST time, the Sun moves from Gemini and into Cancer marking the Summer Solstice.
