Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to all astrology readings, mentoring programmes, classes, workshops and online courses provided by Belinda Matwali (“I”, “me”, “my”). By booking a session or purchasing a course, you agree to the following:

Service Delivery

  • Astrology readings are 1:1 sessions delivered online via Zoom.

  • Mentoring is a series of sessions tailored to your personal healing and development journey.

  • Courses, classes and workshops may be live, pre-recorded or a blend of both. Access details will be shared after purchase.

  • Session times are scheduled in Central European Time (Spain). Clients are responsible for checking their local time equivalent.

Payment & Booking

  • Astrology readings require payment in full at time of booking.

  • Mentoring packages may be paid in advance or via payment plan (details shown at checkout).

  • Course and workshop payments are processed securely and provide immediate access where applicable.

I use Acuity Scheduling, Stripe and/or PayPal to process payments securely.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Astrology Readings + Mentoring

  • You may reschedule with 48 hours' notice.

  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given or you do not attend your session, the session is forfeited.

  • In genuine emergencies (e.g., illness, hospitalisation), please contact me to discuss rescheduling.

Group Classes, Events, Retreats

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  • You may gift your spot to a friend if you cannot attend.

  • I do not personally process refunds for retreats, as these bookings are handled directly with partner hosts (Balance Holidays, Kāylo, etc).

Refunds

  • Astrology readings, mentoring packages, classes and online courses are non-refundable, except in very extreme and unusual circumstances, such as medical emergencies.

  • If you need to postpone a mentoring package start date, you may use your credit within 12 months of purchase.

Thank you for understanding that this work involves holding space and preparing energy and time just for you.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

All private sessions are confidential.
I am trained and accredited in Compassionate Inquiry (Dr Gabor Maté) and abide by professional guidelines to ensure you are supported safely and respectfully.

Session notes are private and securely stored for professional purposes only.

Boundaries & Disclaimer

My work supports spiritual, emotional and somatic wellbeing. It is not a substitute for:

  • medical treatment

  • psychological therapy

  • crisis intervention

I am not a registered psychotherapist or medical professional in the UK.
If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a dedicated support line.

You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All materials shared in sessions or courses — including recordings, practices and written resources — are for your personal use only.

They may not be:

  • recorded

  • reproduced

  • distributed

  • publicly shared

without my written consent.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UK law.
If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
