About the course:
Addicted to Being is a 7-week immersion into the art and science of unguided meditation. This course helps you build a sustainable, personal meditation practice while learning how to navigate your inner space, work with energy centres, expand your awareness and connect with the deeper layers of your being. It’s meditation taught from the inside out — experiential, soulful and grounded in lived practice.
In the Age of AI there in nothing more important than building our Inner Technology, Inner Awareness and being able to connect to our selves and our self agency.
Going deeply into inner most self is the greatest journey of our life.

What is Meditation?
I define meditation as connecting with our ‘being’. We are human + beings, but most of us don’t know how to perceive our being or be able to identify with it. Through meditation we get to identify with our being and come into self realisation.
Our being begins to shine through more than our egoic identity. I call this Addicted To Being - when nothing feels better than being in awareness of the eternal aspect of us. Some Masters called it Self Remembering, Self Consciousness, To Awake but they are all pointing to the same thing. Of late I love referring to unguided meditation as strengthening our Inner Technology.

We go far beyond mindfulness basics. This course guides you into the heart of meditation: your inner space, your energy centres, your awareness, and how consciousness actually works inside you. It’s not fluffy, and it’s not dependent on endless guided tracks. You receive tangible, precise techniques that help you build real self-empowerment, confidence, and a meditation practice that becomes a lifelong inner resource.

The weekly teachings are intentionally concise, around 15 to 25 minutes each so you can focus on the experiential work. The meditations begin at around 10 minutes and grow to 20–25 minutes as your inner capacity expands. This isn’t about forcing long sits; it’s about developing inner awareness and consistency so your inner world becomes more familiar than your distractions.

We begin with grounding and somatic techniques to support the nervous system, making meditation far more accessible.
