Do I need to know my birth time to have an astrology reading?

A birth time is helpful because it gives rising sign and house placements, but if you do not know it we can still do a meaningful psychological astrology reading by focusing on the planets, themes and transits that do not depend on exact time.

How long is a reading and what does it involve?

A full astrology reading lasts around 90 minutes. We explore your natal chart through psychological and archetypal astrology, looking at themes, emotional patterns and the current transits influencing your life. The reading is collaborative, reflective and centred on personal insight.

What information do I need to provide before a reading?

I ask for your birth date, birthplace and birth time if you have it. I also invite you to send up to three intentions or questions you would like the session to focus on, so we can explore what is most meaningful to you rather than trying to cover everything in one reading.

Do you look at transits, progressions or solar return charts?

Yes. I work primarily with astrology transits as they show the psychological themes unfolding in real time. Progressions can also be included when relevant. Solar return charts are often best explored in a dedicated follow up session rather than squeezed into one reading.

Are you psychic? Do you predict the future?

I do not offer psychic predictions or fortune telling. My approach is psychological astrology, where you remain at the centre of the reading. We use the birth chart and current planetary movements to explore patterns, timing and themes so that you can reconnect with your own inner knowing and clarity.

What if I want follow up support after the reading?

You can book follow up sessions, continue with astrology mentoring or join my Spiritual Nutrition Astrology course if you wish to go deeper. Many people begin with a personal astrology reading and then decide to continue the journey as part of their wider inner work.

What This Course Is

Spiritual Nutrition Astrology™ is a blend of Archetypal Astrology, Psychological Astrology, trauma informed approaches and Inner Astrology (aka Intuition, Metacognition and introreception).

With these core foundations we can do so much with. The beautiful thing about focusing on the planetary archetypes is that it’s not essential to have your birth time to understand your chart and your life (yes it helps) but for many of the planets you can still understand their relative position.

Why This Blend of Teachings?

Having knowledge of all the main planetary archetypes and how they relate, plus inner astrology is enough to understand a chart without creating crazy overwhelm. This course gives you the confidence to explore your chart, recognise the themes shaping your life, and understand astrology as a tool for healing, insight and emotional intelligence.

When we learn about the planets first, we can then layer them into relation to each other. What is Mars square Saturn like? What does a Neptune transit feel like? If a lunation is conjunct or opposite Mars how does it change that. Understanding the planets is a very strong foundation.

Equally it’s never helpful to become too “in the mind” with astrology and hand all of our power over to a chart. We need to trust our “inner astrology”. Astrology is not something outside of us - we are our astrology. Everything in the universe is connected - the planets aren’t doing things to us, their qualities and positions have been a way for us to describe and make sense of what we are experiencing. So coming back to our body sensations our intuition, our real time experience is everything. In this way we blend the outer knowledge with the inner knowing.

WHY THIS COURSE: A MESSAGE FROM BELINDA

As I prepare this course, which has been in the making for a long time, the current astrology and my inner astrology tell me the time to share it is now.

The upcoming Neptune in Aries transit speaks to a new time where I believe there’ll be self-learning, unguided meditation, and astrology for spiritual empowerment. Most students spend around two to three hours a week engaging with the content. The pre-recorded teachings can be watched at your own pace are around 45min, and the live calls are where we integrate and deepen the material together are roughly an hour including the yoga nidra. The other time would be allocated to personal reflection and journaling on your chart. Some weeks may feel more immersive, especially when we first introduce the aspects, but the course is intentionally designed to support your life, not overwhelm it.
