Your Personal Prophecy for 2026: Astrology, Fate & the Hero’s Journey
I love fantasy books and stories, maybe it’s my Venus opposite Neptune that holds longing and nostalgia, or my Venus trine Pluto that dives deep into the emotional connections in these stories, but either way, I get hooked! I adored A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR series) Throne of Glass (TOG), The Assassins Apprentice by Robin Hobb, Circe and Achilles by Madeline Miller and just got hopelessly addicted to The Game of Thrones (I was a late comer, so I got to binge all the episodes in autumn 2025).
What I love about these novels or shows in the fantasy genre, is the hero’s journeys they go on, the magic they realise they hold, and especially the prophecies. The prophecies of what’s to come, what is somehow fated. And that despite their best will or action, there are certain prophecies they are destined for and cannot avoid. There’s a magic to that.
However, even amongst that magic, there are many ups and downs. No character gets it ‘easy’. There are many trials and tribulations and dare I say it suffering along the way. But the prophecies and arc of the fantasy genre stories keep everything moving, even in hopelessness or adversity.
Bringing Astrological Magic to Your Own Hero’s Journey
After I come out of being so involved in one of these stories, I remind myself “You have your own prophecy, focus on this, focus on the tools and systems you have to help you to navigate life.” I always come back to Astrology, Psychology and Meditation, my holy trinity for navigating my life. I realised that these are the tools I use time and time again.
I feel right now we live in a strange world. Things aren’t the easiest they’ve ever been. We lack rulers we love that speak for the people. We all crave more peace and harmony. Yet this somehow quietly sets the scene to move from victim to creator. The world is going to keep turning, so how can we make small scale changes and despite any odds still live our dreams and stand by what we believe in? Sometimes things do get worse before they get better, but they do get better. Astrology over the histories shows this. Plus who can forget this quote: , "Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end," from the movie The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (and John Lennon!)
I mean in all of the fantasy novels it always works out in the end in some way, right? (except the end of Game of Thrones, it went off piste in my opinion for fantasy genre- but that’s another blog post lol)

Stepping Into Your Hero’s Journey: Your Personal Prophecy and the 2026 Transits
But let’s bring this back to us as individuals. Sometimes I feel we kind of walk a fine line between being really in the mundane, very practical, science based, shadow work etc; plus being in a crazy chaotic world with a lot of uncertainty and also maybe even very often feeling very alone. Being a human being is NOT easy at times is it?
I think finding threads to bring magic and connection back to life is so important. Divine threads that make us feel part of a universal order, connected to more than just the mundane, yet still feel grounded, it’s so important. For me, Astrology is that thread for me. I mean, astrology is just so many things for me… It's a reflective tool, a therapist or a guide in some ways as I ponder over ‘what’s happening!”, it’s a language, a way to understand what I’m feeling, a personal development tool, a way to bring meaning to life, feel connected to the Universe, makes me believe in fate (and my free will) and something I can turn to in good times or to understand challenging times. It helps me to create meaning in chaos and to somehow not feel so alone and part of a divine order.
It helps me to understand my own hero’s journey through astrology and all the associated ups and downs that go with that. We all go through transits which are like mini-prophecies in a way - initiatory times in life that we cannot avoid no matter how hard we try. BUT we do have a choice over how we navigate them. Like my Saturn Return in Virgo 4th house when I studied Nutritional Therapy and bought a house, Or Jupiter transiting my Ascendent and making the most of all those opportunities like precious gold rather than being complacent, and being so glad I did when the transit passed.
Jupiter and North Node aspects and transits I feel are some of the most prophetic in ways, but, as in all good stories the most magical life changing things are not always obvious, you have to be super aware, your own private detective in piecing it all together which makes it all the more special. Sometimes we may not even fully make sense of, or realise, some of our prophecy until our story is complete, but still we live in its magic.
Fate, Free Will & Meeting Your Transits
As we approach 2026, I feel it’s a year that’s like ‘the prince who was promised’ where we find ourselves in a new chapter after the churning of 2025 and the 5 years before that. It’s not that it will be a ‘good’ year in everyone’s eyes, but I do feel it’s a turning point and that’s going to play out in everyone’s story.
To go a layer deeper though, there is something magical when we can look at our chart, and we can look at a year ahead, and see some of the transits that we are going to meet and face, things that are literally already written in the stars. When you look at the major 2026 astrology transits outer planet transits to your natal planets, you just know that the archetypal themes of those planets will be percolating in your life that year, ready to bring change and transformation. Whether it’s Nodal Shifts, Eclipses, Planets moving signs, or generational transits like Saturn Returns, Pluto Square Pluto, Uranus Opposition, Neptune Square Neptune or Jupiter Returns, each holds a special twist or turn in your personal hero’s journey. It’s where we play Our Game Of Life.
Now I completely believe in free will and that’s where our Inner Astrology comes in: working with our self-awareness, metacognition, interception, intuition as to how we make all the little decisions in our life that will indicate how we meet those transits, which are individual prophecies. This is where fate and free will in astrology meet, the transit sets the landscape, but our choices shape the experience.
Every year we have new transits to navigate, new opportunities, new chances to make our dreams come true or to create wisdom deeper than we ever imagined through navigating a challenge.
Caroline Casey speaks of a world that sometimes forgets to dream and imagine as we are so lost in the collective Hollywood movies (update to instagram or even becoming over obsessed with fantasy novels like i do lol) After I came out of a haze of being so ‘in another world (which i love) I often have to remind myself to remember to find the magic and prophecies in my own life rather than just be spectator to others.
And I do this through Astrology, and this year in 2026, I’m inviting you to join me. If you would like to navigate this year with a blend of psychology, astrology, meditation and learn how to work with your transits in a small group then, I wholeheartedly invite you into my small group Spiritual Nutrition Astrology Mentorship.
Spiritual Nutrition Astrology Mentorship
We will begin around the time of the magical Saturn Neptune conjunction at 0 Aries in February - what a prophetic time to start a new journey! 0 Aries is the first degree of the zodiac - the Action Point of the Zodiac. No one is even sure last time we had Saturn and Neptune conjunct here to start a new cycle. Saturn and Neptune only meet every 36 years. So this is a new big cycle within an even bigger cycle!! Given this, what a time to start a new cycle in your own story? Face your story with a new level of awareness and new tools to tune into all the clues of the story of your life.
We will do a 2026 world transit review and then how to see your personal transits in your own chart. We will then meet monthly from Aries through to Pisces, talking about the transits of each month.
It is essential that you have knowledge of planets and aspects to join us. I'm just wrapping up my Spiritual Nutrition Fundamentals Astrology Course, meaning if you want to join the mentorship you have time to go thorugh this course over the Christmas and New Year break. It's the ideal time to really start working with how to read your birth chart, because there's already a lot of tools for psychological astrology, personal development, and then you will be absolutely raring to go with working with your own chart.
This is a space that's very grounded, where we do trauma informed style work, psychology, being curious about ourselves, but also realising it's not just about us, that there is a whole universe out there and planets that mirror a lot of the things that are happening on Earth. And that every chapter of life, every transit that we go through, was already predestined at the time we were born. When you are born, that birth chart, that cosmic imprint, is already set with all of the transits for your whole life. I mean, if that doesn't give you tingles down your spine, I don't know what will.
I keep the group intentionally small so that you feel part of something, not just a spectator in a big group that never gets access to the mentor/astrologer.
I would love for you to join us. This is your official invitation to be your own oracle, but to work with the prophecies written in your chart.
