The influence of the spiritual dimension as a complementary therapeutic dynamic in meditation practices and in the field of mental health

This is a SUPER interesting meta analysis study that took place from the view of new meditation based therapies such as MBSR and MBCT being used in the treatment of patients.  What’s interesting is a lot of these modern ‘meditation’ practices have decidedly tried to strip out the spiritual element of meditation - when meditation is inherently a spiritual practice. In my belief when we are quiet and still and penetrate the now we are in fact penetrating into the unified field (aka God’s wifi) and this re-organsign force is what I (and many) believe ‘heals’ us with our intention as an important component.
