Eclipse season, Mercury Retrograde, Chiron conjunct the Sun.... This is definitely a season where we are being asked to look at our shadows and bring light to them. Cliche I know, but this work really does permeate our existence in so many ways.

The energy in the sky is definitely doing some digging around our shadows and wounding right now.

1. In the sky we've just had Chiron (the 'wounded healer' archetype) conjunct the Sun (our light and consciousness) - an opportunity to bring light to our wounds, or in the shadow side feel our wounds are us.

2. We are in eclipse season which is a shadowy time with the light of the sun not being steady, but cut off for points in time.

3. Mercury Retrograde is upon us and going over the same area as the eclipse portal - a change to go back and review and see what we've missed previously, but can see now.

The energy is so palpable I want to use it with you in going on an inner Chiron Journey with you - looking at our deepest wounding, and seeing where it can be our greatest gift - to find something that we couldn't see before, and see things in new ways.

Chiron has been spoken of as the Rainbow Bridge (Barbara Hand Clow) as it is the link between the inner personal planets and the outer transpersonal planets. It's such an important intersection in our pscyhe.

The thing about the Chironic wound, is that it's a wound that never really goes away. It's embedded deeply within us. Without doing this kind of Consciousness Awareness work this wound keeps rearing it's head in different ways, like a whack-o-mole game.
